Swappers: gates open at 10:00 am; swappers and campers must be in line before 9 pm. The band starts at 7:00 pm.

Yes, there is a $10 entry fee per day or $15 for the entire weekend for attendees to access the SoupTown Swap Meet. The fee helps cover event expenses and ensures that we can bring you the best experience possible. Stay tuned for updates on ticket prices and where to purchase them. Children under the age of 12 may have free admission, so it’s a great event for families to enjoy together.

Parking will be across the street from the fairgrounds and is $5 per vehicle.

We will also have delegated handicapped parking spots closer to the venue. 

The Souptown Swap Meet is a rain-or-shine event. No matter what, we’ll be there!

-No outside food and drinks are allowed. Please visit our vendors for great food and drinks. 

-Pets are prohibited unless they are service animals.

-Guns are not permitted at the fairgrounds

If you have a wristband, you can leave and return as long as your wristband is not tampered with. 

A station with trailers and ramps will be available to assist you in loading and unloading your large items. Smaller items it is common for backpack use or wagons
